01. The above prices are inclusive of fuel & chauffeur
charges.
02. Service tax will be applicable on the gross rental charges
including parking and other incidental expenses.
03. In case of
outstation usages, the chauffeur allowance of Rs.200.00 per calendar day
is chargeable. In case of over-night journeys additional Rs.100.00 will be
applicable. The rate for such outstation journeys will be calculated as
rate per km, and the tariff applicable will be as mentioned in extra km
column. Minimum billing of 300 km per calendar day will be applicable.
04. Rates subject to change without prior notice depending upon the
Govt. policies & fuel prices.
05. Only car categories are
confirmed during the reservations. Car model is subjected to availability.
06. The reservations will have to be passed either by mail or by fax
to avoid miscommunication. The reservations will be accepted only from the
authorized personnel from your organization as nominated by you.
07. If
you are already listed/contracted with us, payment will have to be made
within seven days from the date of receipt of invoices whereas others on
advance Payment/Deposit basis.
